The cards don’t lie; it’s people you can never be sure about! A “tell” is any physical reaction, behavior or habit that gives (tells) other people (players) information about your hand (situation). Wouldn’t that be something special if applied to real life rather than a card game? We should all work at getting our “tell” telling abilities to be as sharp as a sword, one which we can use to defend ourselves from all the lies surrounding us; lies in advertising, politics, corporations and even from bosses or lovers, (especially lovers) since we allow them to get so physically and emotionally close to us. The popularity of Poker has brought the “tell” into mainstream consciousness; we should all become skilled at discovering The Tells!
